Certified organic products are a guarantee of respect for human beings and the environment, because natural ingredients are found in the uniquely balanced blend of nature.

Why certified organic?
Certified organic cosmetic products are ones that do not contain substances that create chemical and environmental pollution (such as agricultural pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, hormones, antibiotics, genetically modified organisms, etc.). In conventional cosmetics, the ingredients are made of artificial molecules prepared from petroleum oil, mainly to save money. The planting, harvesting, and extraction of plants' active ingredients are very costly, so industrial processes create a simple "copy" of these molecules. However, these "copies" are not only ineffective but their harms have become debatable; they do not resemble the complex creations of nature. These components have essential roles, ensuring a healthy and harmonious assimilation. The same applies to the environmental impact of wastewater and waste produced during manufacturing.

What is certified organic cosmetics? Certified organic cosmetics are products made from certified organic agricultural outputs, compatible with human organic structure. It is a method of production that creates active ingredients with organic farming outputs.

How do I know if a cosmetic product is organic?
Some products may be labeled 'organic'; however, if there is no certification logo, this indicates that the product does not comply with Organic Standards. Worldwide accepted organic product standards include certifications from authorities like COSMOS ORGANIC, USDA ORGANIC, ECOCERT, COSMEBIO, IMO, ICEA, SOIL ASSOCIATION. These certifications appear as information on the products. Certified products will have the certification body's logo and/or certificate number on them. Without certification, claiming that the product is organic is entirely ambiguous.

Why certification?
The main goal is traceability and safety. Certification means that the entire process is fully disciplined and controlled.
What is the content of certified organic products? Nature offers us a very extensive content table. This natural diversity allows for the formation of many effective products that care for the environment and your body's balance. All raw materials that can be used as content are approved by the certification body. Materials that could harm human health have been identified and their use is prohibited.

Are there animal additives in certified organic cosmetics?
Using animal extracts or conducting tests on animals is prohibited in organic cosmetics. Only contents coming from animal production (which do not harm the animal, such as honey, milk, etc.) are legal.

Nano Technology? The use of nanoparticles and production with nano technology is prohibited in organic cosmetics. Elements close to the size of DNA (nanoparticles) cannot be detected by the cell, so a natural process cannot occur in the body.

What is the benefit of consuming certified organic products?
Organic farming respects biodiversity and natural balances, and it's a sustainable and proper form of production. By consuming organic-certified products, you actively support the recovery of agricultural practices, the quality of water, soil, and air, and the reduction of petrochemical production! By buying organic personal care products, you support organic farming! You trigger the organic process along with other outputs of supported organic farming, such as; organic olives and olive oil obtained from organic farming for olive leaf extract. You enable the rebuilding of many chains, like organic food, organic textiles. Consuming organic products is a healthy investment for global transformation, for the future, for our children's future. Organic processes remind us that we should only use advancing science and technology if they are in harmony with Mother Nature.
